01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SessionsEDGE website, dashboard, indicators and related services (together, the "Service").
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02Not financial advice
SessionsEDGE is an educational and informational tool. It is not financial, investment, tax or trading advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or financial institution.
The Service presents statistical and probabilistic information about historical market behaviour. It does not predict price direction, does not recommend any trade, and does not take your personal circumstances into account. All trading decisions are yours alone.
03Trading risk
Trading futures and other leveraged instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose more than your initial deposit.
- Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Statistical probabilities describe historical tendencies, not certainties or guarantees.
- Backtested and walk-forward results have inherent limitations and may not reflect live conditions.
- You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any trade you place.
04Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Accounts are for a single user. You may not share, resell, or transfer access.
05Subscriptions, trials and billing
- Access is sold as a recurring subscription at the price shown at checkout (currently $29.95 per month), billed in advance through our payment processor.
- A discounted 7-day trial may be offered at $7. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription continues at the standard monthly rate.
- You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
06Technical requirements
Certain features require NinjaTrader 8 with a live market data feed, supplied by you at your own cost. The dashboard requires a current version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, data vendors, brokers, or interruptions in the data they provide.
07Beta features
Some modules are labelled beta or in development. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed or withdrawn at any time, and are provided without any warranty of accuracy or availability.
08Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or publicly display the Service's data or outputs.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our methodology or models.
- Do not interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not use the Service in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
09Intellectual property
The Service, including its models, methodology, statistics, software, design and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own trading. No other rights are granted.
10Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
11Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.
14Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
