We do not collect your brokerage credentials, trading account numbers, or your individual trade history.

- To provide the Service, authenticate you, and maintain your account.
- To process subscriptions, trials, renewals and refunds.
- To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
- To monitor performance, diagnose faults, and improve features.
- To protect against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To send service notices, and — with your consent — product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
03Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and security. Where used, analytics cookies help us understand aggregate usage; these are set only with your consent where the law requires it. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in.
04Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
- Payment processing — Whop.
- Hosting and infrastructure — Hetzner.
We may also disclose data where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
05Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations (typically [X] years). Usage and technical logs are retained for a shorter period, typically [X] months.
06Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed password storage, access controls and regular updates to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.
07Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change, and material updates will be notified by email or in the Service.
